Hermes Drive Reader

Hermes Drive Reader is a private, single-user application. It exists so that its owner's own AI assistant can read a single folder of documents from the owner's Google Drive, on the owner's own computer. It is not a public service and has no users other than its owner.

What it does

• Requests read-only access to Google Drive (drive.readonly).
• Google Drive's own sharing controls limit that access to one folder the owner explicitly shared with the application's Google account.
• It cannot modify, create, share or delete anything, cannot access Gmail, Calendar or Contacts, and cannot see any file that has not been shared with it.

Privacy

Nothing about you is collected. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no server of ours: the application runs locally and stores nothing in the cloud. The full details are in the privacy policy, which governs this application's use of Google user data.
